Applications Engineer – FRONIUS USA
LLC, Solar Electronics Division
Roles & Responsibilities
FRONIUS USA, a world leader in electronics for
solar energy systems, is seeking a well-qualified individual to provide
technical support for the Fronius Solar Electronics Division's customer
base.
The application areas include residential and commerical grid-tied solar
electric systems. Responsibilities will include supporting customers
with system design and service calls. Experience with and/or an
aptitude for customer service is required.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in relevant discipline (electronics, engineering, etc.) or
2-3 years experience in the field.
- Solid technical background and knowledge of electrical
fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
- Empathy to and awareness of customer needs
Additional Qualifications include
- Ability to interact well with others
- Familiarity with photovoltaics technology and/or industry
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Valid US passport
- Positive disposition
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or German a plus
As a member of the Solar Team, you will be based in
our Brighton, Michigan office.
Salary: Negotiable, full time position with benefits. Fronius provides
